What we accept right now
Delta Dental, United Concordia and TRICARE. Those are the plans the practice is set up with today.
It is a short list. We would rather print the short true one than a long vague one.
If your plan isn't one of those
Call the practice on (520) 214-2484 and tell us which plan you have. We will tell you where things stand rather than guess at it.
Either way, the consultation costs you nothing. That part does not depend on insurance at all.
The consultation is free
About an hour with Dr. Duaa Hamoud, DMD. A $500 consultation, at no charge.
Nothing is treated on the day. There is nothing to sign, and no obligation at the end of it.
What that hour includes
- A 3D scan — a full digital scan of your teeth and bite.
- Straight answers — what is actually going on, what your options are, and what each one involves.
- A written plan — the cost of each option, on paper, yours to take away.
- Time to think — you decide later, away from the chair.
Why the plan is written down
A number said out loud in a dental chair is easy to mishear and impossible to check afterwards. So you get it on paper.
You leave with the cost of each option in writing, before anything is booked. If you want to take a week over it, take a week. If a plan turns out not to be for you, that is a perfectly good outcome of a consultation.
Nothing on this page is a quote. What any treatment costs depends on what Dr. Duaa finds when she looks — and you get that in writing, before you decide anything.

What this page doesn't answer
Where we do not have an answer yet, we have left the space empty rather than filling it in. So there is no table of prices here, and no list of plans we are not yet certain of.

- What to bring with you to a first appointment.
- Whether the written plan can show an insurance estimate next to each cost.
